Michael and Antwan are two deeply disturbed war veterans, spending their miserable lives to killing, torturing and raping as much as possible. Clever of director Chris Woods with such minimal budget so much gore and violence splatting of the screen towards the viewer with that much impact.  Primarily due to the collection of deformed monsters.  Brute and dirt, but certainly not without humour, of the most morbid sort.
