Who'd be waiting for a Golden Palm, or some Oscar Statuette, when you could acyualy go home with the prestigious BUT-award!

Again this year there will be a contest between 'the best of the worst' for this much coveted  B-movies, Underground and Trash prize.

 And guest of honour director Trent Harris gets the Ground Breaker Award for his inimitable oeuvre.

The nominees for the BUTFF Award 2014 are:

Miracle of Life: In this Belgian movie a special place is taken by a lonely and ultimately murderous placenta that learns how tough life can be for outsiders.

Air no.3: An world estranged hacker prefers sitting behind his computer. However, when he hears that 'he' can save the earth, he crawls out of his shell to take on the aliens.

La mujer de Ivan: Ivan keeps Natalie in custody in his house since her childhood. There is a bond, but because of her blossoming sexuality violent tensions arise.

Sonno Profondo: Someone has pictures of a muderact and is blackmailing the killer. A cat-and-mouse game ensues between the two.

Omnia: An ambitious B-movie that taking place in a parallel universe, where people can escape to by using an hallucinogenic drugs. But where does fantasy stop and reality begins.
