Von Magnet (FR)
Since 1985 these musical nomads deliver passionate electro flamenco music of no
equal. In the beginning, they conquered the alternative dance floors with a catchy blend of flamenco, electro, avant-garde and gothic. "Magnetism" they call  their eclectic musical style.

With their twelfth album Archipielagos they incorporate  both old and new influences. Electro and mutated  flamenco combined with Arabic influences,  industrial, neo classical, dance, IDM and techno music. There larger roles for the female singers, who  like the hammer vocals Phil Vongrab you by the throat.   It's theatrical, dark and worldly, comprising into bloodcurdling beautiful gothic and experimental music, that knows how to magnetize in an extremely exciting way. Von Magnet is an essential band without equals. Von Magnet's Archipielagos one of the best albums of last year. A  masterpiece! Von Magnet live may be the most remarkable spectacle  this year in Breda.

Black Friday
Een vorm van muziek die zich uit Trash Metal stijlen ontwikkelde midden jaren ‘80.
Possessed kwam met het nummer “Death Metal” in 1984. Bands zoals Aggression, Death, Necrophagia, Nun Slaughter en zelfs de bekende Slayer droegen bij aan deze nieuwe donkere muziekstroming. Wat Death Metal definieert is een overdreven
vorm van trashmuziek die tot en met de zang toe wordt vervormd tot een mix van grommen, schreeuwen en scheurende raspende gitaren. Drums die bijna antiritmisch harder en zwaarder klinken dan ooit.
BUTFF brengt met Death Metal Friday; Ethraid Engrin, Draugur, Yaotzin & Laster vier sterke exponenten uit de Nederlandse scene. De BUTness van deze muziek is onmiskenbaar, horror omgesmeed tot echte Death Metal. Laat je deze zwaardvechtende en snarenhakkende doodstrijders niet ontgaan.

electronic 'punk rock' with beats, samples and vivid live action painting. An
intensive stage performance with a raging interaction between man, music and
canvas.  In September there début album is released on Laterax Recordings!

Breda afkomstige band bestaande uit Chris, Doc Sepp
& Mad Fueling. Ze combineren snelle drum breaks met
heavy rock gitaar en lage basslines. Hun geluid heeft
Industrial Rock en Nineties Drum & Bass invloeden en
een power vergelijkbaar met The Prodigy.
